Referral Program Terms & Conditions

As a Referrer, you are subject to Tradefin Finance Asset Finance Pty Ltd Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Tradefin Asset Finance Referral Program:

Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a referral to a family or friend who is genuinely interested in obtaining finance for a car, personal, commercial or business loan. They must not have previously enquired about a loan with Tradefin Asset Finance Pty Ltd prior to the referral.

Referred Customer

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously obtained finance from Tradefin Asset Finance. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals.

Referral Rewards

For the referrer to receive a referral reward, the referred customer must qualify for a loan in accordance with responsible lending requirements. A lender must approve the loan, and it must be settled before any referral reward will be authorised. If the referral satisfies all Terms and Conditions, the Rewards Payment will be made within seven business days of settlement.

Reward Payments

Rewards are payable in the amount of $200 and are paid as a digital gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Once a gift card has been issued, it is the sole responsibility of the referrer. Tradefin Asset Finance Pty Ltd holds no responsibility for lost or expired Gift Cards.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Tradefin Asset Finance Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined by Tradefin Asset Finance's sole discretion.

Spam

Any spam or false referrals submitted are prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authority.

Right to cancel a referral or application

Tradefin Asset Finance reserves the right to close the application of any referrer and/or referred customer if the referrer and/or referred customer attempts to use the Tradefin Asset Finance referral program questionably or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Tradefin Asset Finance Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Tradefin Asset Finance Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
